Refund policy

Remote engine start activation

If we confirm that your vehicle is not compatible and cannot activate the feature, we refund your activation fee in full.

Once the feature has been successfully activated, the service is complete and we do not offer discretionary refunds. Our voluntary activation refund is available only for vehicle incompatibility.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your legal rights, including any applicable cancellation rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service.

Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, starting the service early requires your express request. Your cancellation right ends after full completion only where you have also acknowledged that you will lose that right once the service is fully performed.

Cables and adapters

The activation refund policy applies to the service fee only. Physical accessories remain subject to applicable statutory return, cancellation and faulty-goods rights.
