After payment, find your personal booking email, including in spam. Keep the link to view your appointment. Contact us to cancel or reschedule. Track your order using Shopify’s order email.

Chat with your technician

Please include your order number when starting the chat. The software download opens in a new tab.

1. Park safely, select P if fitted, apply the parking brake and keep the engine off.
2. Open BeamerMods Client. Connect your laptop to reliable internet and your car using the ENET cable.
3. Open technician chat and share your order number.
4. When instructed: G-Series - press Start/Stop three times quickly. F-Series - press it once. Keep your foot off the brake/clutch and the engine off.
5. Enter your technician's LARP-XXXXXX code in BeamerMods Client and stay connected.
